In addition to its portfolio of retail shopping centers which include renovation of older properties and new construction, JND develops free-standing credit retail properties. In 1986, Mr. Weinberger returned to Cleveland to begin his career in real estate. In the twenty years since, his company JND Properties LLC has evolved to be a very successful boutique development and management company in Ohio.

His prior experience in retailing, both in the drug store and department store fields, provides him with the ability to understand the client's needs, to secure the right locations and create successful retail environments. Aligning with select clients and focusing on select market areas has provided JND with sustained growth. Mr. Weinberger oversees all aspects of the Company from new projects to management of its existing portfolio.

Mr. Weinberger maintains an active roster of civic and community affiliations. He attended University School and received a BBA from The University of Michigan.
